Rough Diamonds Purchase Procedure (Namibia)

Legal Framework:

Namibian Diamond Act of 1999, KPCS, Customs & Excise Act.

Purchase Steps:

  1. Letter of Intent (LOI): Buyer submits an LOI with quantity, specs, and destination.
  2. Due Diligence: Buyer undergoes KYC/AML checks (ID, company docs, proof of funds).
  3. FCA Agreement: A formal Free Carrier (FCA) sale agreement is drafted.
  4. Inspection & Valuation: Diamonds are available for inspection under official supervision.
  5. Kimberley Certification: Post-confirmation, diamonds are certified under KPCS.
  6. Payment & Export: Upon full payment, diamonds are securely exported.

Gold & Copper Purchase Procedure (Zambia)

Legal Framework:

Zambia Mining Act 2015, Bank of Zambia Regulations, FATF AML Guidelines.

Purchase Steps:

  1. Expression of Interest (EOI): Buyer specifies purity, quantity, and destination.
  2. Verification & KYC: Client undergoes compliance check (ID, company docs, POF).
  3. Sample Testing (Optional): Samples can be provided for lab verification.
  4. Transaction Agreement: We issue an FCO (Full Corporate Offer), followed by SPA.
  5. Payment & Assay: Gold is weighed, assayed, and secured for export.
  6. Export & Clearance: Shipment is cleared through ZRA with all permits.

🌐 International Buyers – General Notes

  • All exports include relevant certificates, assay reports, and shipping documentation.
  • All parties must sign non-circumvention/non-disclosure agreements (NCND).
  • Preferred transaction structures are Bank Transfer, Cash, and USDT.
